Black Knight has announced that Lucie Fortier has been named executive vice president of the company’s MLS Solutions group under Black Knight’s Data & Analytics division.  In her new role, Fortier will develop strategy and oversee development, sales and client support for this team, which is focused on delivering premier solutions and support to the real estate market. Fortier has extensive experience in senior leadership roles for large real estate solutions providers, most recently as vice president, product management of data & search at Compass. She also spent more than nine years over two different stints at CoreLogic, notably as executive leader, product management.

Gateway Mortgage, a division of Gateway First Bank, has announced the promotion of Mark Revard to division executive vice president/national production manager today. In this new role, Revard will be directly responsible for all distributive retail sales, including 115 mortgage centers across the country in 43 states. Revard, a mortgage executive of over 30 years, has held a variety of sales leadership roles over the past 10 years. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University.

Cenlar FSB has announces several new appointments, including S. Courtney Collier-Beyer to director of HR compliance and employee relations; Ajanta Jain to director of information security, Cyber GRC; William Keller to director of financial planning & analysis; Austin Stoop to director of enterprise risk management; and Terry Webb to director of information technology. Collier-Beyer will ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, policies and practices. Before joining Cenlar, she served as vice president of employee relations at State Street Bank. She was also director of employee relations at DeVry Medical International, senior employment practices partner at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals and senior manager of employee relations at Covance Inc. Collier-Beyer holds a Juris Doctor from Catholic University of America. Jain will be responsible for the execution of security efforts related to regulatory examinations, audits, compliance, SOC1/SOC2 engagements and enterprise risk management activities. Prior to joining Cenlar, she held various leadership roles at Sallie Mae, Vanguard, and Wells Fargo. She earned her master of business administration degree from Drexel University and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. Keller will be responsible for implementing and supporting models used to effectively measure performance across the organization. Before coming to Cenlar, he was director of financial planning & analysis at Homepoint Financial LLC and director of corporate financial planning & analysis at NewRez LLC. Keller also holds a master of business administration from Arcadia University. Stoop previously was vice president of servicing compliance at AHP Servicing and director of compliance testing at PHH Mortgage Corp. Webb will be focused on the operational effectiveness, stability and security of the infrastructure at Cenlar. He previously served as the vice president of infrastructure at Ocwen Financial and Homeward Residential, as well as led the digital transformation of Disaster Recovery/Business Resiliency and ITSM/ITAM for Mortgage Connect LP.

The Appraisal Institute has announced that Cindy Chance has been named chief executive officer. Chance joins the Appraisal Institute after creating and growing the Urban Land Institute’s online education efforts and serving as executive vice president and member of its leadership team. She earned a Ph.D. in philosophy from Georgetown University.

JLL Capital Markets announced today that C.J. Kelly has joined the firm as a managing director focused on debt and equity advisory in its Atlanta office. He joins JLL from CBRE, where he founded their Debt and Structured Finance’s Southeast Institutional Group. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University.

Toorak Capital Partners has announced that Scott Goldman has joined the company as head of asset management. Goldman will be responsible for managing Toorak’s asset portfolio and servicing oversight process. Goldman brings nearly 25 years of experience to the firm. Prior to joining Toorak, he served as vice president at Cenlar FSB and had a 17-year tenure at Ally, where he rose to the position of managing director. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from University of Pittsburgh, and a master’s in public policy & finance from American University.
